Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and order size. Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- France: 3-5 business days
- European Union: 5-10 business days
- United Kingdom: 5-10 business days

Shipping Regions We currently ship to France, the European Union, and the United Kingdom. We do not ship outside these regions at this time.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Customs, Duties and Taxes For shipments to the UK, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
